Privacy Policy
Draft for counsel review. This plain-language policy is written for the new, smaller website and is not yet in effect.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This website is operated by FINDING LLC, doing business as Finding Adam Finding Eve ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through the website, why, and who helps us handle it.
The short version
- The website has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies.
- When you send us a message, it is emailed to us. The website itself keeps no copy.
- We keep a short private record of each inquiry (not the message itself) so we can follow up.
- We send event and learning notices through Substack, and only to people who ask for them.
- The website stores no payment information or passwords.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or the Before Forever request form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the topics you choose, your message, your partner's name (Before Forever only), whether you asked to join our list, and the page you sent it from.
When you sign up for updates: your email, your first name (if you give it) and what you asked to hear about (for example, event notices or the book launch).
When you visit: our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and count visits.
How we use it
- To reply to you and, if you ask, to schedule a free call.
- To send event and learning notices, only if you asked for them.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, provides spam protection (Turnstile) and privacy-friendly visit counts (Web Analytics, which does not use cookies).
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Google (Forms and Sheets) holds our private record of inquiries and sign-ups: name, email, phone (if given), topics, whether you joined the list, and the date. It does not hold your message.
- Substack sends our newsletter and notices to people who opted in. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records and messages only as long as we need them to respond, to serve you, and to keep reasonable records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any notice using the link in the email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@findingadamfindingeve.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
