About Katie

The wisdom to love well already exists. We help you live it.

Katie Palitto, MS, CLC

At the heart of this ministry is Katie Palitto. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Divine Mercy University and has spent over a decade mentoring young adults and walking with married couples through the real complexities of marriage and family life. Her mission is to share and teach what she herself received on her own journey.

Katie was trained to treat the whole person — an integrated Catholic understanding of the human being as body and soul, rooted in the Catholic Christian Meta-Model of the Person. She doesn’t separate your faith from your psychology, your wounds from your longings, or your past from who you’re becoming.

Katie has walked this road herself — divorced, annulled, and remarried in the Catholic Church. She credits her healing to prayer and the sacraments, and she understands the pain and the journey of healing to find joy again. Mike has walked this road too, and was also divorced, annulled and remarried in the Catholic Church.

Katie lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Michael, and their five children.

Our foundation

Be Known. Be Chosen. Be Given.

These three phrases reflect our theological foundation rooted in Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body: Be Known (Original Solitude — know who you are before God), Be Chosen (Original Unity — communion of persons), and Be Given (the Law of Gift — total self-donation in marriage).

Grounded in Catholic teaching: Sacred Scripture, the Catechism, Theology of the Body, the Summa Theologica, and the Catholic Christian Meta-Model.
